The emission control of diesel engines is difficult. In order to meet the emission standards, the advanced fuel injection system of diesel engines-high-pressure common rail technology has become the focus of attention of the industry.

 

After the diesel fuel injection system developed from mechanical control to electronic control, the electronic injection system has undergone three more changes, namely, position fuel injection system, time fuel injection system and time pressure fuel injection system (common rail system). The high-pressure common rail system realizes the separation of pressure build-up and injection process, so that the control process is more flexible, can more accurately realize the precise control of small oil volume, and better realize multiple injections.

 

The high-pressure common rail system opens up new ways to reduce diesel engine emissions and noise.

 

The common rail system separates fuel pressure generation and fuel injection. Compared with unit pump diesel injection technology, high-pressure common rail is a diesel technology revolution because it is completely different from traditional diesel systems and is similar to sequential gasoline injection systems.

 

Due to strong technical potential, CCSN is currently focusing on the development of the third generation of the common rail system based on the second generation technology-piezoelectric common rail system. Piezo actuators have replaced solenoid valves. Precise injection control. Without the oil return pipe, the structure is simpler. The pressure can be flexibly adjusted to reduce smoke and NOX emissions.
