Composition of modern diesel generator sets

Modern diesel generator set is composed of diesel engine, three-phase AC brushless synchronous generator, control box (screen), cooling water tank, coupling, fuel tank, muffler and public base and other components. The flywheel shell of the diesel engine and the axial direction of the front end cover of the generator are directly connected by shoulder positioning, and a cylindrical elastic coupling is used to directly drive the rotation of the generator by the flywheel. It is connected into a steel body to ensure that the concentricity of the crankshaft of the diesel engine and the rotor of the generator is within the specified range. In order to reduce the vibration of the unit, shock absorbers or rubber shock pads are usually installed at the connection between the main components such as diesel engine, generator, water tank and electrical control box and the common base.
